1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, then add the flour.
2. Pour in the milk and the spoonful of oil, and whisk until smooth.
3. Fold in the diced ham, the green olives and the grated cheese.
4. Stir in the baking powder until everything is well combined.
5. Pour the batter into a buttered loaf tin, spreading it evenly.
6. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C, until golden and firm to the touch.
7. Let it cool a little, then slice — it's lovely warm or cold.
